How do I get set up?
When you contact a client service representative we will get you set up with an account in just a few minutes. We’ll ask you for contact, address and billing information, and you can get your monitoring questions answered and order media immediately or whenever you're ready. Who will my main contact be?
Pam Weaver, Client Services Manager, will be the main contact for your account. We have six other knowledgeable and friendly client service representatives available to assist you also.

How do I order media?
We have essentially duplicated the media ordering schedule that was provided to you by Parker Services for your ease of ordering. You can order media by calling 888-432-5227 or click the Related Link above. Most of our media is provided free of charge to you and we ship it free if it's shipped by ground service. We can ship to you overnight also.

What else can I order?
Besides media, we provide IH instrument rental, detector tubes and we have the FreePumpLoan™ program to assist you in sampling.

No, you may use your own chain of custody form, but we have forms available that are sent with media orders and are online.
